Water on the Moon is a HOAX

The NASA story that water has been found on the moon after the suicide bombers last month are a HOAX.
I find it very odd that the only people that can verify that there is water on the moon are the very same people that spent the money looking for water on the moon.
Can you say BOONDOOGLE?
